Bob's Janitorial & Carpet Cleaning provides professional cleaning services including:

Scheduling and Cancellations

We require at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations may incur a fee. We strive to arrive on time but cannot be held responsible for delays due to circumstances beyond our control.

Pricing and Payment

All prices are quoted in US dollars and are subject to change. Payment is due upon completion of services unless other arrangements have been made in advance. We accept cash, checks, and major credit cards.

Service Guarantees

Your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not satisfied with our service, please contact us within 24 hours and we will return to address any issues at no additional charge.

Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the cost of services provided. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, wear and tear, or items left in areas to be cleaned. We recommend removing valuable items before our arrival.
