From a Dream to a Local Institution

Back in 2012, Bob had just left a corporate job he didn't love. He wanted to build something real—something where his work ethic and attention to detail would actually matter to people. He started with a single vacuum and a beat-up van, knocking on doors in Quincy, offering to clean carpets and offices.

Word spread quickly. People appreciated that Bob showed up on time, did the job right, and treated their spaces with respect. Within a year, he hired his first employee. Within three years, we had outgrown that original van and moved into a proper workshop on Railway Avenue.

Today, Bob's Janitorial employs a team of 15 dedicated professionals. We've cleaned thousands of homes and hundreds of commercial spaces throughout Plumas County. But despite the growth, our core philosophy remains unchanged: treat every space like it's your own, and the rest will take care of itself.
